I'm attending the global premiere of 'The Age of Stupid'. The film presents how stupid human suicide by destorying the Earth and what happened to our Earth during 1950-2008 ,and warns that we have to take actions to prevent climate change before the global warming is out of control.
In this premiere, I'm so suprised that there are so many foreigners caring what Taiwan should do and really involved in environmental movements in Taiwan while the Taiwan government seems not to do something substantial.
It's not a good way to depend on the government only. Let's take the first step on our own by reducing resources-wasting, such as recycling, raising the temperature of the ait-conditioner, not flight. It's still not stupid to do something NOW!
The colleagues held September birthday party for Carol & me this afternoon. I got this travel case as my birthday gift. More suprisingly, Lillian decorated it as a bouquet of paper-flowers. After unpacking, I put the paper-flowers at my monitor. Wouldn't it be lovely?
When taking the MRT this morning, I suddenly found out that the two of three handrails had been removed. Why did TRTC do that? For more space? I think what counts is the safety of the passengers, not more space. That's so inconvenient and dangerous. :-S
Today is the last day of the exam. Although the surroundings around the Examination Yuan are good and the air is so fresh, I really don't wanna be here to take the exam anymore. :(
I like juice very much, especially the organic carrot juice!!
Bitter melon juice with honey also is one of my favorite flavor, but it's so unpopular that I can't find it at most fresh juice bar.
One of new beverages at 7-11 is bitter melon juice with honey, but it's still too sweet for me. What a pity!!
There are 38 people taking the exam in this room today, one person more than yesterday! Why does he/she appear now? Doesn't he/her know that the absence disqualifies him/her. XD
Hm... Taking a three-day exam without preparation is really boring. The only reason to do so is not for me but for my mom. :-(
